 Persistent Paper Jam July 15, 2010

This print has all the good features but can not print since it jams paper on each page. I have to hand feed it page by page. I have tried to clean it according to manufacture's description. But it does not help. Something is ver wrong with its designe. Unless you do not mind to hand feeding it, try everything to avoid this print. Seriously. Good luck.
Total scam January 9, 2010

This printer works great until you get about halfway through the toner cartridge and it keeps giving you a toner low warning and refuses to print. You have to then take the cartridge out, shake it and put it back in. It will do this about every other page. It is a complete scam to make you buy more toner when you don't in fact need it. Unbelievably unethical. Running a printer with low toner does nothing to damage the printer itself, so stopping the printer from printing when the toner is "low" is only to make you buy more of their ink.
If you have the opportunity to buy another printer with similar qualities, go with something else. While there may be "fixes" to this toner low issue, it's extremely frustrating when you need to print something and it keeps forcing you to stop because the the toner is low.
Read other reviews, they'll reference this issue as well. Extremely frustrating.

My printer is still working beautifully after years of use. I am just about to order my 2nd replacement toner. TO make your toner last longer, give your toner a gentle shake and reinsert for months of further use.
I like the options on this model. I like the reliability of it as well, not to mention the fact that it is easy to use. The instructions were simple when referred too. Hope this helps someone out there deciding on a model to purchase.

The copier worked for 3 months. Now the paper will not feed properly. A total nightmare for our office. Never heard people cursing at a copier before!
